How to delete your EverGlow account

You can permanently delete your EverGlow account from within the app.

1. Open EverGlow and sign in.
2. Open Settings.
3. Press and hold Delete Account for 10 seconds.
4. When prompted, confirm that you want to delete your account.
5. Enter your account password to verify your identity.
6. Confirm the deletion to finish.

Can't access the app?

You can request account deletion without opening EverGlow. Email skye@skyehub.org with the subject EverGlow Account Deletion.

You must send the deletion request from the same email address you used to create your EverGlow account. This helps us identify your account. We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request. Never send your password by email.

What happens to my data?

Deleting your account is intended to remove your account and associated profile information, friendships, messages you sent, and related account data. Some data may remain temporarily if cleanup is incomplete or in backups, and messages sent by other people are not part of your account deletion.
